1. Agreement

By accessing or using Band Mate, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.

2. Free Service Description

Band Mate is a free mobile rehearsal app for musicians. It provides tools related to metronome use, tuning, local audio practice playback, YouTube reference playback, recording, saved bookmarks, and app settings.

Band Mate does not require a user account for its core features.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may use Band Mate only in compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
• You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or related services except as allowed by law.
• You remain responsible for the media, YouTube links, recordings, and local files you choose to use with the app.

4. Local Content And Permissions

Band Mate may use microphone, file, storage, media, and platform playback permissions only where needed for app features. You are responsible for choosing which local files, recordings, or reference links you use.

5. Third-Party Content And Platforms

Band Mate may interact with third-party services such as YouTube, Google Play, Apple App Store, or operating system platform services. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, and technical limitations.

6. Support The Team

"Support the Team" means voluntary support for the developer or team behind Band Mate. It does not mean customer support, technical help, or a service desk.

If a voluntary Support the Team option is offered, it is optional, one-time, and does not unlock or restrict the core rehearsal tools. Platform payment processing, if any, is handled by the relevant app store or payment platform.

7. No User Account Requirement

Band Mate does not require users to create an account in order to use the main app features. App state may be stored locally on the device for convenience, but the service is not an account-based platform.

8. Availability And Changes

Features, screens, and voluntary support options may change, be suspended, or be removed without prior notice. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimer

Band Mate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
